real thing. Brian, who watches the helicopters daily as they pass near his Belfast home, wrote to the police and asked if they could tell him how to obtain a photograph. After forwarding some photographs, the police then invited Brian to come along to the Headquarters at Brooklyn on his 15th birthday. When he arrived he was greeted by Chief Inspector Jack Scully of the RUC's Community Relations Branch, and Captain John Milne of the Army Air Corps, who arrived in an Army Sioux. Following a detailed briefing on the Sioux, Brian received plaques from both the Police and the Army to make his visit memorable. Here he is to prove it." Special Features: Gallantry awards to five R.U.C. men. The National Police College of Scotland. Queen's Police Gold Medal Essay. Counsel's Comments. Speech by Minister of State.
